Our main office is in the heart of the business, financial, and legal districts of downtown Louisville. Four other offices span Western to Eastern Kentucky and include Southern Indiana to serve a regional client base.

Although the firm is almost a century old, we are characterized by our relative youth, and are still growing. Our partners and associates come from a diversity of backgrounds and educational experiences. Most of us studied at universities and law schools in the South, East, and Midwest.

Traditionally, Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP has been engaged in insurance defense and trial work, and we still devote substantial effort to these areas of law. We have represented many major liability and casualty insurers in litigation in Louisville and throughout Kentucky. During the past 20 years, our practice has become increasingly diversified. While continuing to serve many insurers, the needs of our clients have led us into other specializations as well.

Today the firm does significant business in admiralty law, anti-trust, aviation litigation, commercial, contract litigation, corporate law, estate planning, estate administration, insurance, labor law, negligence, products liability, professional liability, workers' compensation defense and securities litigation.Firm Size: 53Clients: COUNSEL FOR: Aetna Casualty & Surety Co.; AIG; Alexander & Alexander, Inc.; Alexsis; Allied-Signal, Inc.; American Family Insurance Group; American States Insurance Co.; American Saddlebred Horse Assn; American Indemnity Group; Amerisure Cos.; Associated Aviation Underwriters; Atlanta Casualty Co.; Bankers Multiple Line Ins.
